We are thrilled to announce an enchanting outdoor film showing this December 2024 at the Iloilo Provincial Capitol. In partnership with local filmmakers and community organizations, we’re bringing the magic of cinema under the stars with a special selection of short films and vintage Christmas cartoons.
We will be showing movies from Miag-ao iFilm Festival, an annual local film festival in the Municipality of Miag-ao. We will also be including films from the Sinestorya Film Festival of the Tigbauan National High School. There will also be two movie nights dedicated to vintage and Christmas cartoons in the Public Domain that can be enjoyed by families, friends, and visitors of all ages.
The stories featured have varied genres such as drama, comedy, and social issues. This event celebrates our local talent while bringing our community together during the festive season. Each screening promises unique storytelling perspectives and entertainment for all ages.
