Mandate
The Library provides access to learning and reading materials, internet connectivity to clients, factual information service, digitization of archival records and documents, inspection, inventory, appraisal, preservation, restoration and disposition of records geared towards meeting toe changing needs of the community through the introduction of innovative techniques for the advancement of learning and literacy through outreach programs.
Mission
The library and archives commits itself to render quality service with dignity to the public by providing them quality learning and reading materials, internet system, digitization of archival records and documents responsive to the needs of the community and future generation.
Vision
Envisions to be a progressive library and archives that can be adequately and efficiently provide automated facility and online services to the public through innovative and adaptable techniques which is responsive to the needs of the populace in the Province of Iloilo.
